Located in the heart of the Ozarks, Crocker rests amid the forest-cloaked hills and farmlands which comprise the natural beauty that so inspired the founding fathers to settle here.

Exhibiting, in full splendor, the climate of all four seasons, Crocker is picturesque and inviting , offering a rural and 'down home' setting of peacefulness and a carefully preserved heritage.

Crocker is an unspoiled and historic community, alive with the spirit and pride of yesteryear, maintaining pioneer values of God, family, country and love of our neighbors. One finds among the citizenry a willingness to help, work hard, change and grow. Crocker offers opportunity while remaining rich in traditional values.

The crossroads of Missouri easily convert this small town into an accessible outlet to metropolitan areas with their cultural events, theaters, theme parks, sport events and shopping malls. Travel but a short distance in any direction and find wilderness resorts, campgrounds, spring-fed rivers and lakes, state parks and historical sites. Crocker is a connecting route to the diverse interests and pleasures found in the state.

The citizens of Crocker and the surrounding rural community welcome you and invite you to visit and stay awhile. We know you will like what you see as we strive to progress together toward the bright future we have here in Crocker.

The City of Crocker is very proud of the new addition of the Kinderhook Regional Library Crocker Community Outreach located in downtown next to City Hall at 106 S. Commerical.  The library is open Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, 10am-4pm.

This site is presently under construction by the Crocker High School Computer Department.
